About Me

Throughout the last 10+ years, I have focused my work on combining both my degrees in social work and psychology to better my clinical practice. I have been trained in several forms of therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy, short term psychodynamic therapy, etc) to best meet the needs of my clients. I am warm, friendly, and thoroughly believe in the quality of the therapist/client relationship as a means for change. 

I believe that recovery is often hard, especially when your currently going through life transitions and aim to make those transitions easier on the individual with specific goal orientated therapy sessions to help decrease symptomatology over time. I have completed my undergraduate degree with a double major in psychology, completed my masters of social work, and am currently on course to complete my masters in clinical psychology. I believe that the client is the expert in their own life and seek to bring my experience and knowledge in social work and psychology to achieve positive client outcomes.
