About Me

My pathway to Counsellor comes after years of experience in community care with a focus on older adults, carers and people with a disability. In 2020, I moved to generalist counselling, opening up new opportunities through EAP. Through this process, I've rediscovered my strength to support people from multi-cultural backgrounds. I've volunteered with Family Drug Support, did a placement at a AOD facility and now do a mix of private practice and EAP. From my perspective, counselling is a collaborative relationship between Client and Counsellor. You are the expert of the problem. I am merely your vehicle and guide to challenge the problem.
