All information collected, including file notes are kept in lock and keep and remain confidential with your Therapist. If anything is raised in your session of concern, for example, you are in danger, or someone else is in danger, your Therapist must adhere to the law and comply with mandatory reporting.
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule your session, please be sure to message your selected Therapist 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your Therapist will let you know when she can fit you in to reschedule. This must be sorted directly with your Therapist. If you have not given a minimum of 72 hours, please note that you are subject to losing full session amount.
Therapist must be licenced, qualified and hold active membership with their industry body. Ongoing mandatory professional training is a requirement, as set by industry body. Therapist must have a working with children check or equivalent and current, relevant professional indemnity insurance. Industry required supervision is mandatory.
If the issues presented are outside the Therapist’s expertise or if there is a conflict of interest, the Therapist will make a referral to an expert, to make sure you are getting the best help available to suit your situation. Referrals can be made to other registered therapists, counsellors, doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists or other relevant experts.

To join as a Therapist, you must be qualified, licenced and hold current registration with a relevant association. Therapists must comply with Wellspiration Code of Ethics, policies and processes in order to join.

Once your session is paid for, it is confirmed. If you can't make your appointment, you will need to message your Therapist, giving at least 72 hours notice. You can do this by directly messaging your Therapist via your Dashboard. You will need to arrange an alternative time to reschedule. Refunds will only be issued if at least 72 hours notice has been provided, or else, you forfeit your session.

If you are a Therapist and want to close your account, please send a message via contact us. Please note that once your request has been made, the remainder of the billing cycle will be forfeited. Subscription payments already processed will not be refunded.

To delete your account, please email email@example.com. This will be deleted within 72 hours. Please note, if you are a Therapist, at least 28 days notice is required before account is closed.
